AWSummit Bucharest 2026 from AWSummit Events

Attendance runs past 3,000 people: 24% affiliates and webmasters, 25% advertisers, 19% monetisation platforms, 11% traffic sources, 21% models and creators. The organiser publishes that split openly, and it works out to roughly one advertiser per affiliate in the room.

What to expect

Everything is built around the exhibition floor, open all three days, with the panel track stacked on top of it.

• Trade Exhibition: over 3,000 sq m of booths, with expo and conference halls split across separate levels of the building.
• Panel track: announced speakers include Roberto Saporito (NextGen Payment), Chris Youngs (Paxum) and Andrei Covaci (BuyGoods).
• Free pass: independent affiliates, models, studios and Romanian startups get the regular ticket at 0 EUR.
• Executive track: closed-door activities for team owners and top management, priced separately at 698 EUR.
• Afterparties: two full evenings, and that is where a fair share of manager deals actually get closed.

Ticket prices

What you pay depends on when you buy: the early rate comes in around three times cheaper than the door price. The free regular pass goes to independent affiliates, models, studios and Romanian startups after verification, and registration for it closes a month before the event.
