Fraud Prohibition: a warning about the risks of low-quality and fraudulent traffic!

We inform our partners about the inadmissibility of attracting fraudulent and incentivized traffic.

The SharkLink affiliate program prohibits the use of any methods of deception and fraudulent traffic acquisition, including but not limited to:
1.1. Performing target actions manually using anonymizers, VPNs, or specialized software;
1.2. Performing target actions through third parties with the intent to gain rewards, deceive, or mislead users or advertisers;
1.3. Initiating automated visitor actions using scripts, bots, or any other automated tools;
1.4. Misleading the target audience in advertising, for example, by using product characteristics in promotional materials that do not correspond to reality;
1.5. Using traffic sources or promotion methods prohibited by the advertiser;
1.6. Engaging in fraud, fraudulent schemes, incentivized traffic;
1.7. Using any other traffic aimed at artificially increasing target actions or attracting an audience that is not genuinely interested in the product, thereby deceiving the advertiser or SharkLink.

The administration of SharkLink reserves the right to:
2.1. Verify the quality of a partner’s traffic (both at the advertiser’s request and through internal checks) and, in case of reasonable suspicion of rule violations, request any information regarding the provided traffic and suspend payments until the situation is clarified;
2.2. Temporarily or permanently block any traffic source that violates these rules, including at the advertiser’s request;
2.3. Block a partner’s account without the possibility of reinstatement and without payment for traffic that violates these rules;
