We are an international company specializing in affiliate marketing and iGaming projects, and we are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have an established network of partners and advertisers, proven experience in negotiations, deal-making, and scaling partner networks, we’d be excited to welcome you on board!

Expectations from the candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Manager in the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and the online gambling market
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, and Flat Fee business models
• Experience working with multiple GEOs
• An established network of partners and advertisers will be considered a strong advantage
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
• English proficiency at a confident business communication level

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new partners, advertisers, and traffic sources
• Develop and scale the partner network
• Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial cooperation terms
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Analyze partnership performance and identify new growth opportunities
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
